Can
you really overcome anxiety-panic? This is one of
the most common questions I receive every week from people
around the world interested in trying the EasyCalm Series.
Now, because I'm the developer of EasyCalm, you might expect
me to simply say, "yes, of course you can overcome anxiety-panic!"
But
what I'm actually going to tell you is this: everyone has
the "capability" to overcome anxiety-panic, and
using the exercises in a series like EasyCalm
can make the process much quicker and easier. You will notice
I said that everyone has the "capability" to overcome
anxiety problems. Why do I make this distinction?
After
working with anxiety sufferers for over five years now, it
has become clear that while everyone has the capability to
stop panic attacks and anxiety, not everyone will commit themselves
to follow through and make that happen. Why? That's a really
good question, and I've wondered about it a long time now.
In
some situations, I believe it is because an individual has
built up their self-identity as a person who has anxiety-panic.
For these people, even though their anxiety situation may
be severe, the thought of letting go of it can be even more
frightening.

More About EasyCalm
What
it all comes down to is motivation. The overwhelming majority
of people who have used the EasyCalm series or worked with
me personally on an anxiety problem have shown great improvement
very quickly. But I would be lying if I said there haven't
been a few people who seemed simply too "stuck"
to make the necessary changes, or even use the exercises in
the EasyCalm Series. Although I don't
see these cases often, they do come up sometimes, and, honestly,
it is quite sad to see.
One
of the biggest problems in these cases is that the anxiety
suffer has begun to believe they are a victim of anxiety-panic.
The truth is that everyone with anxiety or panic attack problems
is contributing to the problem--not simply a victim of it.
Understanding that you DO have a say in this is the first
step to recovering from anxiety-panic, and getting on with
normal life. You'll find LOTS of information about making
this shift in thinking in the EasyCalm
Series.
But
the majority of anxiety sufferers make tremendous progress
very quickly with both chronic anxiety and panic attacks by
using these principles and exercises. The process is really
quite simple, and all that it actually required of the user
is consistency. Using the exercises in the EasyCalm
Series on a daily -- or near daily -- basis is critical
to establish new "thinking habits" and turn your
life around.
Panic
attacks and anxiety do not have to be lifelong problems, and
as I've mentioned, EVERYONE has the capability to stop anxiety
in its tracks. Whether you are motivated enough to follow
through on simple exercises (like those outlined in the EasyCalm
Series), is entirely up to you. But if you're ready to
change, and you're ready to put an end to anxiety-panic, there
is absolutely no reason you cannot achieve this in a relatively
short amount of time.
Start
today; start now; take action and take back your life. Thousands
of other people have overcome anxiety-panic, and so can you.
